We are coming back to service your hearing needs on Tuesday, May 26; however, we will be following CDC guidelines for the safety and health of our patients and employees.
When you arrive for your appointment stay in your car and call (661) 250-6781. You will be told when to come to the door for your appointment. At that time, you must have a mask and your temperature will be taken; you will also be asked a few questions before your appointment.
If your hearing aid needs a cleaning or to be fixed, you will also be giving an appointment time. If you just need batteries or supplies when you get to the office, call (661) 250-6781 from your car and somebody will meet you at the door.
Unfortunately, our waiting room is too small so we are not allowing patients to wait there and our door will remain locked so please do not knock on the door.
We are so excited to be able to help you hear better again. We will be having specials on the latest technology which just came out right before all of this happened. Your hearing aids now become your own personal headset. The clarity in noise and in the understanding of speech is better than anything we’ve had in the past. These are actually very exciting times for people who have a hearing problem. Perhaps you have noticed you’re hearing a lot more since you’ve been home watching TV or gathering with your families.

We were here for you the entire time when your hearing aids broke down, we mailed out batteries and supplies when you couldn’t come out of your house while other places remained closed and unable to help. We hope you will remember this when making a choice of where to go for your hearing needs.
