Advanced Audiology COVID-19 Message
Out of concern for the health and safety of our staff and patients, unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to suspend in-office services as of Monday March 23rd, 2020. However, we will continue to offer limited services for the time being. We want to make sure you are still able to have the best hearing and that your hearing aids are working properly.
Therefore, these services include:
- Mailing batteries, wax guards and any supplies you need.
- If it is an emergency and your hearing aids stop working, you can call the # listed below and the owner Nola Aronson will make an individual appointment with you to drop them off and wait for them.
- Call and ask questions and we will do our very best to try and help you by phone.
The number to call is 661 388-6998. If we don’t answer, please text or leave a message.
If for any reason you cannot leave your house and need our help, we will make a house call. You can leave the hearing aid outside when you know we will be there.
We really value our patients and will do anything that is possible to help you out. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Your hearing health is important to us, but it is only part of your holistic health.
Please remain safe and healthy and take care of yourself by following sound infection prevention advice, including: Wash your hands frequently and effectively — for at least 20 seconds with soap and warm water. Use hand sanitizer when hand washing is not an option. Practice social distancing and avoid gatherings of 10 or more people.
We will continue to be in touch through email, US mail, and social media, and will let you know when we re-open our practice. As always, you can call or text us at 661 388 6998 or email us at [email protected]. Please feel free to update your address, phone, email address and communicate anything regarding your hearing and how we can service you better in the future.
